When your car is stolen what is the first question people ask you, besides how you are? You guessed it... "Was your car insured?"

Some people that don't have insurance realise too late that car insurance in South Africa is as beneficial as having your own car... so many have made the mistake of saving a couple of grand here and there and when their car is gone / irrecoverable they sit in a worse off situation and end up owing more and getting less.
